My Favourite Protein Sludge Recipes

Have you ever tried protein sludge?

If not, you are in for a real treat!

Protein sludge is packed full of, well, protein! As well as healthy fats and the combination of protein and fats will keep you satisfied for hours :)

Vanilla Protein Sludge

1 scoop Optimum Nutrition’s Vanilla Caesin Protein Powder

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of sugar free pancake syrup (to help mix it all together)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

stevia to taste

Cookie Dough Protein Sludge

1 scoop Optimum Nutrition’s Vanilla Caesin Protein Powder

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of sugar free pancake syrup (to help mix it all together)

stevia to taste

Double Chocolate Protein Sludge

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

2 tablespoons of  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter

2 tablespoons of Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (any flavour will work though!)

stevia to taste

For all recipes: Mix all ingredients together (add water to help get it to a thick, yet smooth consistency) then put it in the fridge for a few hours to thicken!
