Hop-On Hop- Off

The other day I did a SWEET and SWEATY workout that I LOVED… I really didn’t feel like running on the treadmill for ages, so I did this instead that I just created on the spot!

Hop-on Hop-off Workout:

Run 5 minutes at 1% incline at your comfortable speed

Hop off and complete:

Hip raisers for 1 minute

Alternative lunges for 1 minute

Squats for 1 minute

Hop on for 5 more minutes, 1% incline @ comfortable speed

Hop off and complete:

Hip raisers for 1 minute

Alternative lunges for 1 minute

Squats for 1 minute

Hop on for 5 more minutes, 1% incline @ comfortable speed

Hop off and complete:

Hip raisers for 1 minute

Alternative lunges for 1 minute

Squats for 1 minute

Hop on for 5 more minutes, 1% incline @ comfortable speed

Hop off and complete:

Hip raisers for 1 minute

Alternative lunges for 1 minute

Squats for 1 minute

So all in all you run 20 minutes total and get a strength workout too- it’s also easy and fun!- I definitely recommend this one if you’re bored of the treadmill!
